We are excited to introduce Jeffrey Tomlin as the goalkeeper coach of Lynchburg FC!

Coach Tomlin is the current goalkeeper coach at Southern Virginia University. In his first season as goalkeeper coach at SVU, his keepers had a save percentage of 75% and nearly broke the school's shutout record. 

Tomlin was also the goalkeeper coach at Rockbridge County High School girl's team. There, his keepers made school history by making over 100 saves. 

He has also coached at Turner Ashby High School and Virginia Skyline FC. While at Turner Ashby, he led his keepers to 15 clean sheets and the Region 3C Championship. 

Tomlin was a collegiate athlete for four years at SVU from 2018-2022. In his final season, he had the lowest goals-against average and finished with the highest save percentage on the team. 

His love for the game has led him throughout Virginia where he assists in soccer camps and goalkeeper trainings.
